Attorney Matthew Schneider has represented
special needs children and disabled adults for
over ten years. He is licensed to practice law in
all courts in the State of Nevada and in New York
State.

Before opening his own office in 2005, Mr
Schneider was employed as an attorney by
non-profit legal organizations in New York City
and Las Vegas. He has represented children
and their parents/guardians at Social Security
hearings and in Special Education due process
complaints, as well as at school suspension
and expulsion hearings.

In addition, The Law Office of Matthew
Schneider offers representation at State of
Nevada Unemployment Insurance hearings.
